I’ve always been transfixed by the amount of time and skill it takes to create a finely crafted object, as few and far between as they may be these days. That’s why after a move from NYC to London in 2012, finding myself in the heart of Old World European craft, I realized I needed a way to share my passionate love of craftsmanship and travel, tabletop and artisanry, tile work and textiles, by paying homage to these amazing artisans, craftsmen and designers, and the lifestyle they enhance. Handmade is the best made.
We’re always looking for the next best thing. Well, maybe the next best thing has actually been that thing that’s been there all along.
